This amplifier belongs to Mr. Terry Bateman who has kindly taken
and donated the photos for the site…..Thank you Terry.
Note the side-mounted original co-axial sockets, and the previously replaced treble
pot with a shorter shaft.
This is pretty much the same as the factory assembled Linear Diatonic. Notice how the pair of EL84’s are mounted more forward than on the Diatonic.

As the title suggests……”constructors kit”. I think the constructor of this one has produced about the same plate of spaghetti as the original factory assembled units! [Think about that one!] Terry has told me that he intends to rebuild this at some point, and that he will then send some more photos of the finished unit. These kits also used Bakelite bases for the pair of EL84’s and the EZ81 rectifier.
