Though this amp was not actually serviced by myself, the photos were kindly sent by Hannu, from Finland. Hannu contacted me about this amp as it is almost certainly a VamPower of sorts but…….there is no brand name or serial number on it anywhere!? I felt I should include it on the site as it seemed interesting & unique!
On this photo Hannu has removed all of the
Bite Channel and components……Why, I don’t really
know.
Notice how all fuses and voltage selection are on the back panel of this amp.
On this model notice how the pre-amp and drive boards are on two separate panels……..not one board like all the other
versions!
The main PCB which includes the output drive stages along with the power supply
and bias components…..a different PCB completely to all the other Vamp products I have worked
on!
